Passage Hotel - Ternopil

The room had a kettle and tea/coffee, which was a nice touch. The private bathroom was convenient. The hotel's location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, being really close to the Central bus station and the center. It was also right at the bus stop.

Our stay here was pleasant, unique base for exploring Ternopil. Comfy and unbeatable location by sights to see, all was modern. Had brunch in the Kovcheg, located nearby. The service was good, that made the hotel wonderful and modern place. We greatly enjoyed staying 1 night here.

The hotel is modern and the staff is pleasant. The location is great and exceptionally nice, within easy walking distance of Ternopil Art Gallery. There is a huge variety of food options nearby.

This hotel location is mind-blowing! It's in a residential area with easy access to the city center via tram. The clean room and bathroom were super comfortable, although a little room freshener would've been nice. The staff went above and beyond by promptly returning our forgotten computer mouse. We loved the comfortable beds and appreciated the ironer for clothes. a fantastic and honest experience.

Our stay was quite comfortable. Everything in this wonderful hotel was great, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was good and peaceful in a residential area, next to the centre and the open air markets and the bus station.

The hotel was in a convenient location close to shops and other amenities. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need for a short stay. The cleaning staff was friendly and quick in servicing the room.

My overall experience was not great. Despite staying over the Easter holiday, there was no festive atmosphere or decor to be seen.

passage was the best hotel in ternopil, even better than my previous stays. the comfortable, clean room had everything i needed for a city holiday. the attentive receptionists and the quiet atmosphere made it a perfect choice.

The hotel's location next to the open air markets and bus station was convenient for exploring the city. The discounted rate and refund they gave me showcased their excellent customer service. Celebrating the new year at this hotel was awesome! the staff gave us a warm welcome and two complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect as it was easy to get around town - there were tram stops nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. the bed was super comfortable, that made it hard to wake up in the morning.

The walls were quite thin so we could hear noises from other rooms, but it wasn't unbearable. the entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find, but after asking around, we found it easily enough.
